Belbourie is a luxurious 3 level home situated right on the beach - you can walk from the back gate onto the beach track!
The top level offers the main bedroom with ensuite, and kitchen/living area you will notice extremely well set up, and you will find it hard to take your eyes off the view! The kitchen has a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine - there will be starter supply of pods. The living area has widescreen TV with Fetch TV and wifi, audio/video system, a gas log fire, ceiling fan and R/C air conditioning. The main bedroom enjoys wonderful ocean views and has a queen bed, TV and lovely ensuite.
The 2nd level offers an additional lounge area with a TV, lovely balcony, and 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 with 2 singles and 1 queen which has a powder room. The main bathroom features a corner spa and a window that folds back with views to Swan Bay. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
The ground level has a lovely outdoor living area with plumbed in gas bbq, outdoor shower and your own private beach track. The lower level offers a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a bar fridge and a store of outdoor crockery etc.
Belbourie offers convenient swipe card access, wide screen TVs with Netflix, available, automated audio and video system, intercom and remote entry for the front door. Climate control is via air conditioning, sealed gas log fire and electric heating.
