It has been beautifully modernised and updated with quality fittings and provides wonderful accommodation for an older family or 3 couples with 3 queen sized bedrooms all with ensuites. It is in the heart of Old Point Lonsdale shopping village with easy access to the shops, restaurants and cafes. And it has a Lift if you aren't able to manage the stairs or just to make it so much easier to get the shopping upstairs!
Hydronic heating so will be lovely and warm in the cooler months, it also has air-conditioning in the upstairs area. It does have stairs with 2 bedrooms (both with ensuites) and the living area all on the main floor which is up 1 flight of stairs. The 3rd bedroom, ensuite and laundry are on the lower level, but it has a lift which makes this wonderful apartment accessible to anyone who would normally avoid stairs and not be able to enjoy these wonderful ocean views.
A beautiful kitchen with lovely amenities if you wish to cook but you can easily pop out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has an open fireplace (wood NOT supplied, local service station sells bags) if you prefer some more ambience. It is stylishly furnished throughout.
